This Terms of Service & Recurring Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between NorthPoint K-12 Tutoring LLC (“NorthPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the enrolling parent or legal guardian (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By enrolling and submitting payment, you agree to all terms below.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

NorthPoint K-12 Tutoring collects only the information necessary to provide tutoring services, billing, and communication with families and tutors.

This may include:

Parent and student names
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Scheduling and session information
Payment-related details (processed securely through third-party providers)

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

Provide tutoring services and schedule sessions
Communicate with parents and tutors regarding sessions
Process payments and manage memberships
Provide customer support
Improve service quality and internal operations

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized NorthPoint K-12 Tutoring personnel.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

With payment processors for billing purposes

5. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
